In the city of deep lakes, at the beginning of July, one race connects three special lakes (Blue, Red and Green Lake)  that take the breath away of every competitor…
The swimming part opens in the Blue Lake, followed by one of the longest and most demanding transitions (T1 – 1.2 km) in the world…
The cycling section in which you ride one lap from the Blue, through the Red, to the Green Lake is pure hedonism for every cyclist… The exceptional beauty of this area has been rewarded by the recent inclusion of the Blue and Red Lakes on the UNESCO list of geoparks.
In the end, entering the city center in the city peak itself, climbing over the last 100 or so steps, passing by one of the 10 most beautiful football stadiums in the world (Gospin Dolac stadium) with the finish inside the centuries-old walls of the Topana fortress (10th century) complete a spectacular story which started on 19.07.2020 We received the nicest compliment from Andrej Vištica, winner of the 2nd edition of the race – one of the world’s best triathletes and Croatian Ironman record holder – saying that it is one of: “The most difficult and spectacular sprint triathlon courses in the world.”
Sprint triathlon discipline refers to 750m swimming, 20 km cycling and 5 km running.

Dana 19.7.2020. održana  je 1. (povijesna) triatlonska utrka u Imotskom u disciplini sprint triatlon (750 m plivanja, 20km bicikla, 5 km trčanja) povezujući  Modro ° Crveno  ° Zeleno °  jezero

Nastupilo je 29 natjecatelja (od toga 2 djevojke) iz 3 države (Hrvatske, BiH i Belgije). Iz Hrvatske su nastupali natjecatelji od Zagreba do Dubrovnika, a najbrojniji su bili natjecatelji iz Triatlon kluba Split.

Čestitamo svim natjecateljima koji su svojim sudjelovanjem obogatili 1. izdanje ove utrke i ovaj događaj  učinili  spektakularnim!
